About this Course
This course will introduce student to neuroscience in a fun and engaging way. Students will learn the basics of how our brain works and a few early neuroscience cases that gave scientists information regarding the true working of the brain.
In this course, students will:
1 . Learn that the nervous system is divided into 2: the central nervous system (CNS) and peripheral nervous system (PNS)
2 . Learn that the CNS is made up of Brain, Spinal Cord and PNS is made of the nerves of the body.
3. Learn to identify the names and functions of the different parts/ lobes of the brain.
4 . Explore early curious cases that offered scientists an insight into the early workings of the brain.
